  • Personal Identification Information: Copies of identification documents (such as MyKad) are collected for identity verification (KYC) purposes before any financial transaction is approved.
  • Payment Information: Bank account numbers, account holder names, and e-wallet details used for deposits or withdrawals in MYR. We do not store credit or debit card numbers directly.
  • Device & Browser Information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, and preferred language. This data helps us optimise your mobile experience.
  • Usage Data: A record of pages visited, session duration, game preferences, betting history, and general in-platform activity. This data is used for service improvement and fraud detection.
