Please read this document carefully before using the 7star platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 7star platform via7star.bio or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the 7star platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to participate in the activities offered by this platform under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated version.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of 7star services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date should any changes occur.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 7star will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. All activity carried out under your account remains the account holder's responsibility.

Identity verification may be required before full access to certain features is granted, including deposits and withdrawals. 7star reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification purposes in line with compliance requirements.

3. Responsibilities & Terms of Use

Users of the 7star platform agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Use of automation, bots, scripts, or third-party software to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit platform bugs or vulnerabilities, or defraud the payment system.
  • Uploading, submitting, or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or harmful to other users.
  • Impersonating another individual or entity, or providing false identity information during registration or platform use.
  • Any activity that compromises the security, stability, or integrity of the 7star platform.

7star reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, or reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7star platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept deposits via supported local payment methods, including online banking and e-walets listed under the Wallet section of your account.

Deposits made to a 7star account are for platform use only. Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will only be credited to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the account holder.

7star reserves the right to delay or withold withdrawals for investigation purposes where suspicious activity or patterns inconsistent with normal usage are detected. In such cases, we will contact the account holder for further clarification.

All transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time. Current limits can be found in your account settings or by contacting the7star support team. Transactions that fall outside the set limits may be automatically declined.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policies

7star shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party actions. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.

Account Suspension & Closure

7star reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to meet identity verification requirements, or at the request of a competent authority.

Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to reclaim any account balance until the investigation is concluded. If no violation is confirmed, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures. Users may close their own accounts at any time by contacting the7star support team.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 7star platform are the exclusive property of 7star or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any such materials without prior written consent from 7star.

Third-Party Links

The 7star platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 7star has no control over third-party website content and is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any external sites.

Amendments & Governing Law

7star reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
